His Highness Sheikh Hamdan Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, UAE Minister of Finance, Deputy Ruler of Dubai and the patron of the awards is a leader with immense vision and wisdom. Sheikh Hamdan is the second son of Late Sheikh Rashid Bin Saeed Al Maktoum. After completing his basic education in the UAE, Sheikh Hamdan went to Cambridge, England in 1962-63 to pursue higher education.
