Sheikh Hamdan Bin Rashid Al Maktoum Award for Medical Sciences Participates in Arab Health Exhibition SHAMS supports investment in human resources 25 January 2012
Sheikh Hamdan Bin Rashid Al Maktoum Award for Medical Sciences is participating in the 37th edition of Arab Health Exhibition 2012, which is being held at Dubai International Convention and Exhibition Centre (from 23rd till 26th of January 2012), with participation of 3,000 health care companies from 70 countries.
 
Abdullah Bin Souqat, Executive Director of SHAMS said that Arab Health Exhibition is a good opportunity to encourage health sector institutions to invest in human resources, which is a main factor for medical sectors’ success, through taking advantage of activities and facilities provided by the award.
 
He added that direct communication with the participants enables the award to promote to its activities, whose aim is developing health sectors, including honoring significant scientists and medical institutions, supporting CME to meet health sector’s needs, supporting Human Genomic studies, and supporting scientific research and medical publishing.
 
Bin Souqat pointed out that Arab Health Exhibition, which is the largest and most important medical event in Middle East, provides a unique opportunity to improve participants’ knowledge about the latest achievements and technology in that field which witnesses?? high rates of growth.
