Hamdan Medical Award promotes for the international awards in the 2nd Gulf liver Summit 2015 28 March 2015
Abdullah bin Souqat, Executive Director of the Sheikh Hamdan Bin Rashid Al Maktoum Award for Medical Sciences, said that the award has participated in the accompanying exhibition of the 2nd Gulf Liver Summit 2015. The conference is held under the patronage of wife of His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice-President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, H.R.H. Princess Haya Bint Al Hussein, the chairperson of the Dubai Health Care City, at Mohammed Bin Rashid Academic Medical Complex.
 
After attending the opening ceremony of the conference, Mr. Abdullah bin Souqat said: “Our participation in the conference is to promote for the awards in the 9th term of the Hamdan Medical Award including the international Grand Hamdan Award on the Gastroenterology, and the Hamdan Award for Medical Research Excellence on Colon Diseases, Hepatology and Pancreatic Diseases”.
 
“The conference is organized by the Abu Hammour Medical Center in collaboration with the Houston Methodist Hospital, US, with the participation of a group of specialized doctors in liver diseases from the GCC countries, the United States, Germany, Italy, France, UK, Egypt, Kazakhstan, India and Jordan”, he added.
