H.H. Sheikh Hamdan Bin Rashid opens the 10th Dubai International Arabian Horse Championship 21 March 2013
H.H. Sheikh Hamdan Bin Rashid Al Maktoum Deputy Ruler of Dubai and UAE Minister of Finance inaugurated the 10th Dubai International Arabian Horse Championship together with the 9th edition of the Dubai International Horse Fair, the Middle East's largest equine exhibition at the Dubai World Trade Centre, with the attendance of the international equine products companies, horse owners, breeders, equine professionals and leisure riders in the Middle East.
 
Ziad Abdullah Galadari, Chairman of the Higher Organizing Committee of Dubai International Arabian Horse Championship said: "We thank H.H. Sheikh Hamdan bin Rashid Al Maktoum for his on-going support and patronage of the Dubai International Arabian Horse Championship & Fair, which is now the ultimate arena for all segments of the equestrian industry. The three-day event comprises of the Dubai International Arabian Horse Championship, a showcase and competition of the heritage, beauty and agility of the world's finest Arabian horses, with prize money of US$ 4 million (AED 15 million), and the Dubai International Horse Fair, the region's leading equine exhibition with more than 200 exhibitors and brands.
